“Ashiatsu” Barefoot Massage:
30 Min. - $65
60 Min. - $120
90 Min. - $170
120 Min. - $210
Ashiatsu is a deep tissue style of massage that uses the therapist’s feet instead of hands. I stand on the table and use overhead support bars to deliver a combination of deep gliding pressure, weighted compression, and gentle stretching— promoting pain relief, mobility, and ultimate relaxation. It’s ideal for clients who love deep bodywork and want lasting results, not just temporary relief.
But for me, it’s more than technique — it’s about creating nervous system support and a sense of safety. My approach is slow, steady, and grounding, like a full-body weighted blanket, so your body can finally exhale. Because my work is trauma-informed and consent-driven, you set the pace, choose the pressure, and I adjust as needed.
Many of my clients are neurodivergent or sensory sensitive, and I take special care to create an environment that’s calm, validating, and never overwhelming.
Steamy Facial & Scalp Massage:
30 Min. - $65
60 Min. - $125
90 Min. - $175
This deeply calming service can be added to any massage session or enjoyed as a stand-alone experience. Using gentle, rhythmic hand techniques, I release tension in the face, scalp, and neck — areas where stress loves to hide. Hot towels and warming eye wraps invite even deeper tranquility.
For extended sessions (60+ minutes), I also include soothing massage for the feet, arms, and hands — perfect for melting away stress from head to toe.
This work is especially supportive if you experience headaches, migraines, TMJ, chronic stress, or sensory overwhelm. Because my approach is nervous system-focused and trauma-informed, sessions are grounding, safe, and ideal for those who want relief without full-body massage. Many of my neurodivergent clients love this as a gentler way to access deep rest.
Gentle Yoga
$15 Per Class
This class isn’t about pushing, performing, or keeping up — it’s about creating a space where your body and nervous system can finally exhale. With slow, accessible movements and a strong focus on breath and choice, each practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
I keep the space calm, quiet, and sensory-friendly: soft lighting, minimal noise, and plenty of props to support your body in comfort. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when you need to, or skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
Because this practice is trauma-informed and deeply consent-driven, nothing is hands-on unless you ask, and every option is offered with care. This makes it an ideal class for neurodivergent folks, sensory-sensitive bodies, beginners, older adults, or anyone craving movement that feels safe, grounding, and restorative.
*Mats and props are provided. Class size is limited to 6 for a peaceful, personalized experience.
Breath Work
$15 Per Class
Your breath is your built-in reset button — but most of us rarely tap into it with intention. This class offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and discover just how powerful your breath can be in bringing your body and mind back into balance.
Using gentle, accessible techniques, we’ll explore breath patterns that calm the nervous system, ease mental overwhelm, and soften physical tension. The practice is trauma-informed, sensory-friendly, and deeply grounding, making it ideal for anyone who feels overstimulated, anxious, or simply in need of more peace.
Unlike more forceful breath work styles, this class is slow, steady, and honoring of your limits — designed to feel nourishing, not overwhelming. You’ll always have full choice in how you participate, with plenty of options to rest, adjust, or simply be.
*Mats and props are provided. Class size is limited to 6 for a peaceful, personalized experience.
Self Massage
$15 Per Class
Your body holds so much — tension, stress, emotions, and the weight of daily life. This class gives you simple, practical tools to gently release what you’ve been carrying using therapy balls and guided self-massage techniques.
Through slow, mindful rolling, you’ll learn how to target common areas of tightness — like the shoulders, hips, back, and jaw — in a way that feels safe, accessible, and supportive. The pace is trauma-informed and sensory-friendly, meaning you’re always in control of the pressure, pace, and depth. Nothing is rushed, and you’ll have plenty of options to rest, adjust, or explore at your own comfort level.
This practice is especially supportive for those managing chronic stress, headaches, jaw tension, or simply feeling “stuck” in their body. Many participants describe leaving class feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home in themselves.
*Mats and therapy balls are provided, and class size is kept small to ensure a calm, personalized experience.
