Focusing on You
Chair Yoga
$25 Per Class
Wednesdays at Noon
Glover-Crim Building
140 E Tyler St, Longview, TX 75601
This class isn’t about pushing, performing, or keeping up — it’s about creating a space where your body and nervous system can finally exhale. With slow, accessible movements and a strong focus on breath and choice, each practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
All movements are done with the support of a chair, making this class gentle, approachable, and easy on the body. Whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, limited mobility, or just want a more supported way to move, this space is designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease.
I keep the environment calm, quiet, and sensory-friendly: soft lighting, minimal noise, and plenty of support to help your body feel safe. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when you need to, or skip anything that doesn’t feel right.
Because this practice is trauma-informed and deeply consent-driven, nothing is hands-on unless you ask, and every option is offered with care. This makes it an ideal class for neurodivergent folks, sensory-sensitive bodies, beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for movement that feels safe, grounding, and restorative.
*Chairs and props are provided. Class size is limited to 6 for a peaceful, personalized experience.
